I simply could not put this book down and read it in two days. It was my first foray into this genre and am now hooked. Angie Chapman’s story is a harrowing one but Liz Coley kept me engaged on an emotional rollercoaster. So many elements in this book are appealing; not least of all wanting to ensure that our kidnapper gets his just punishment. I was a little disappointed that he wasn’t more severely held to task but was thrilled to watch Angie evolve, go from strength to strength and come out the other end as such a strong individual. I’m now on the hunt of something similarly gripping but think it will be a tough task to live up to Liz Coley's PRETTY GIRL THIRTEEN. Show less
